Job Summary: The Store Manager, Retail Experience is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Take 5 Global’s Tysons Corner, VA store. This involves the management of employees, the management of the physical store, as well as oversight and sale of merchandise. This position will work at the company’s Tysons Corner Store in the Tysons Corner Center Mall as well as manage and oversee the Company’s full time and part-time employees who work at this location.


  • Motivate and coach retail experience team members
  • Develop and execute on store’s client strategies
  • Ensure customer service and experience levels
  • Develop and implement VIP, client relationship, client loyalty program opportunities
  • Provide supervisor with store-related feedback
  • Provide supervisor with social media strategy content themes
  • Communicate and ideate with other Company employees
  • Manage and oversee new client acquisition
  • Engage with potential and prospective clients
  • Assist clients and potential clients with merchandise selection
  • Develop an understanding of Company’s product/services
  • Communicate Company’s product/services to new and existing clients
  • Facilitate team meetings at the store location
  • Resolve employee and client issues, or elevate to supervisor accordingly
  • Oversight and management of Company’s physical location and facilities
  • Opening and closing the Tysons Corner store
  • Liaise with outside vendors, contractors, and delivery companies


  • Ability to maintain positive relationships with Company employees and Company clients/prospective clients
  • Ability to lead and manage Company employees, as needed
  • Ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as needed
  • Familiarity with merchandising
  • Familiarity with luxury retail goods and services
  • Familiarity with retail store processes and procedures
  • Experience using and marketing through social media
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages a plus

Additional Essential Functions:

  • Standing for an extended period of time
  • Sitting for an extended period of time
  • Lifting or carrying large materials that are 10 pounds or more
  • Use of office equipment, including cash register, telephone, and computer.
