Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant is responsible for administering all aspects of Take 5 Global’s daily tasks.  This involves the management of information/process, the management of day-to-day tasks, as well as acting as point of contact for the executive team.  This position will work virtually.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external parties
• Managing information/process flow in a timely and accurate manner
• Managing the calendars and setting up meetings
• Making travel and accommodation arrangements
• Tracking daily expenses and preparing weekly, monthly and/or quarterly reports
• Overseeing the performance of other clerical staff
• Acting as an office manager by keeping up with office/store supply inventory
• Performing minor accounting duties
• Formatting information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
• Taking meeting minutes
• Screening and directing phone calls and distributing correspondence;
• Corresponding with clients and distributing/assigning tasks to the appropriate employees
• Organizing and maintaining the office filing system
